Author Biographies

  • Erik Hinterding

    Erik Hinterding is curator of prints at the Rijksmuseum Print Room. He has published on subjects including King William II’s Art Gallery, the prints of the Mannerist engraver Jan Muller, chiaroscuro woodcuts and early lithography. He is also a specialist in Rembrandt etchings, on which he has published widely.

  • Huigen Leeflang

    Huigen Leeflang is curator of prints at the Rijksmuseum Print Room. He publishes on sixteenth-and seventeenth-century drawing and printmaking. As an editor he has been involved in the production of several volumes of New Hollstein: Dutch & Flemish Etchings, Engravings and Woodcuts.

  • Manon van der Mullen

    Manon van der Mullen is a junior curator of prints at the Rijksmuseum Print Room and the project manager of the Print Room Online digitization project. Her main area of interest is nineteenth-century printmaking, especially in the Netherlands. She is currently involved in a research project on eighteenth-century three and four-colour mezzotints.
